How we help
Every student has their own personalised Study Support Plan. This is set in place in consultation with one of our Education Advisers when the student starts with us. This gives a one-to-one tutoring experience for each student which provides complete support in English and Maths learning.

The Network Teachers are available 6 days a week - Mondays to Fridays from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. The Network Teachers use phone and easy-to-use interactive whiteboards over the internet to allow our qualified teachers to give effective one-to-one teaching when your children need it.

The interactive whiteboard over the Net means that our teachers can show what they are talking about as well as explain. Also, if the student needs to show the Teacher what they are talking about, they are able to use the interactive whiteboard as well. The Network Teachers can be called as many times as you wish and the student receives tutoring for as long as it takes; there is no limit. Because we only employ qualified teachers, they are absolutely familiar with what your children are learning at school, how they are being taught it and so are able to give very effective support and help.

With the Network Teachers, it means that help from teachers is available when it's needed. If your child is stuck with a maths homework problem, they can simply call a teacher and get help there and then. And with the benefit of the technology provided by the Network Teachers, it is just like being face-to-face, but without the teacher having to visit you in your home.

No more homework panics or meltdowns. It's no longer a problem if the homework is due in tomorrow but your child has forgotten how to answer the question (and the way you know is different from the way they do it today!).
